From my perspective we came from the stardust that originated all the life on earth and descended beyond from the concrete of the 3 dimensional one, to the 3 dimensional where our brains has the power to process, synthesize the wavelengths
when you carry forward a thought process it's essentially incarnating into "words" for example "matrix"  That word or the words did not just simply existed in the beginning it's been encapsulated into that "form" with coming together of multiple concepts abstract incorporeal ideas finding it's way in the 3 dimensional world as those words such as "matrix", when you hear the word "sadness" you're feeling it's wavelength that lies beyond the concrete 3 dimensional world it's finding it's way in the 3 dimensional world as the word "sadness" it's a memory bank that is tuned into the wavelength or frequency of when recognized by our brains and when we process synthesize with our brain the information or the wavelengths with other wavelengths we are incarnating "a more complex wavelength" just like the word matrix but most often it is hard to inscribe that complex wavelength into a one word.
With this grasping of the abstract and incorporeal we are building wisdom and as we act with wisdom we are getting close to the perfection. Where we live with Zohar's wavelengths.
